A good fit

You know your subject.
The materials need attention.

This service is for consultants and small training businesses with a defined audience, existing content and an upcoming workshop or reusable program.

  • An existing deck needs a clearer learning sequence.
  • Your notes need to become a usable workshop.
  • Participants need activities and resources to apply the ideas.

Bring what you already have

An existing deck of up to 40 slides or up to 6,000 words of source material, your audience, your goals and your delivery date.

You provide subject-matter expertise and validate accuracy. I shape the learning experience and create the agreed materials.

Live delivery, original specialist research, LMS development, video production and unlimited revisions are outside this package.

How we work

A clear process, with room for your judgment.

1. Scope

Send the audience, topic, existing material and date. I confirm fit, deliverables, fee and availability.

2. Shape & create

We agree on the outline before I develop the deck, participant resources and notes.

3. Review & hand over

You provide one consolidated set of feedback. I refine the package and prepare the agreed final files.

A few useful details

What file formats will I receive?

We agree the formats before work begins. Depending on your brief, these may include editable slide layouts, editable facilitator notes, illustrated infographic artwork and print-ready PDFs. Text within infographic artwork is not individually editable; any source-file requirements are confirmed in the scope.

Will you deliver the training?

This package covers creation of the materials. You or your facilitator delivers the workshop. CODE has its own separate team-workshop offer.

Can we work mostly by email?

Yes. We can handle scope and feedback asynchronously, with a short kickoff when useful. The process does not require recurring meetings.

How much does it cost, and how quickly can it be ready?

I quote the defined project after reviewing your source material and deadline. Work begins only after the scope, fee and production slot are agreed. Rush availability is not assumed.

What if the scope changes?

New modules, additional materials or a new direction are scoped separately before extra work proceeds.
